The Advanced Diploma in Banking Management (ADBM)

The program of this diploma, considered as an advanced professional training, is destinated to middle management employees in the banking sector who are ambitious, and able to develop their professional and managerial competencies.

In this objective, this program is destinated to reinforce the competencies of middle management employees particularly in the following fields :

• Banking techniques, especially concerning risk management,
• The know how related to communication and work organization,
• The capabilities of team management.

The studies' program is spread practically over 16 months. It offers 3 categories of subjects distributed over 8 seminars :

• The fundamental concepts
• The strategic business units
• Communication and behavior

The seminars' duration varies from 5 to 21 sessions. These sessions are given two or three times a week, during the afternoon period and occasionally on Saturdays. The duration of each session is 4 hours.

The lecturers are, in general, top management bankers, managers and professionals from banks operating in Lebanon and sometimes from abroad.

The training acquisition is validated by continuous testing; a written exam and a global oral interview and the presentation of a term paper related to the banking industry.

The final grade of this training is presented as follows :

The Advanced Diploma in Banking Management relies on modern training methods adapted to professional persons. An innovative training program is given through multimedia tools.

The candidates must fill in an application form and present the entrance exam.
